We are not a one size fits all Plan Management firm. We partner with many Support Coordinators and Service Providers all of which have different ways of operating. We are flexible and creative to ensure that different businesses can support our participants needs. We collaborate with your Support Coordinators, therapists, support workers to maximise your choice and control and to reduce your paperwork and administration.

Plan Management is all we do. We specialise in Plan Management, and we pride ourselves on our exceptional knowledge of the NDIS. We collaborate with other professionals to ensure we keep abreast of current updates and future plans that the NDIS may have. Vanessa, our director has a background in education and she is passionate about learning. We are constantly sharing our learnings with our participants and their supports. Learning is giving.

What we do
Shine Plan Management are a team of plan managers that not only have the;
accounting and bookkeeping qualifications and experience, we also have a back ground in;
education and community service. We also have plan managers with a;
lived disability experience. We believe we have the trifecta of skills that set us apart from other plan management companies.
It is not just a business to us, it is a service to our participants. We work with you and for you and this can look different for each participant.
OUR SERVICES
What we provide
After you have experienced our efficient, simple and easy onboarding, you then become an official member of ‘Team Shine’. As a team member we strive to ensure we deliver a high level of service you can expect.
Plan management of your invoices
We pay your providers and/or reimburse you within 2 – 5 days.
Plan forecasting
We collaborate with your support coordinator or other supports to help maximise your funding potential.
Plan reporting
We provide monthly funding statements. We can provide on demand statements, and we can also link your support coordinator to our funding software for 24/7 viewing.
Invoice approval system
We can auto-approve invoices or you can have access to our Plan Management app to approve invoices.
Funding alerts
We provide notifications to you and your support coordinator when your funding is running low.
