Vanessa Carmody

Vanessa, our Founder has over 20 years’ experience in education working with children with various learning needs, including children with disabilities. As part of her role, she worked closely with the children, their families and other Allied support agencies. Vanessa knows first hand the power of strong working partnerships.

Vanessa has a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS and the Plan Management process to ensure participants get the most out of their plan.

Here at Shine Plan Management we partner with you, the NDIS and your providers to ensure you experience a very smooth, simple and friendly Plan Management process.

We are happy to receive a phone call, an email enquiry or a 'Request For Our Plan Management Services' Form.

You will receive a copy of our Service Agreement. This is an agreement between you and Shine Plan Management.

3. Connecting You, Shine and the NDIS

03. Connecting You, Shine and the NDIS

We initiate and complete the process of making the required connections.

4. Provider Contact

We will send you our 'Provider Payment Guide'. This is to be given to all of your providers.
